PLEASE READ: This apartment is available only as part of a long-term reciprocal rental arrangement between two property owners. This is not a holiday home swap.
I am the sole owner of a dual-aspect, corner, two-bedroom apartment located close to the Tallaght Luas stop in Dublin 24. The apartment is in good condition and includes a fitted kitchen with a tiled floor and dishwasher.
The monthly rent for the apartment will be €2,100, and the tenancy will be professionally managed by a letting agent.
I am looking for someone who personally owns a house in a rural area anywhere in Ireland and would like to move to Dublin. The same person must be both the legal owner of the rural house and the tenant renting my apartment.
The arrangement would involve two separate tenancy agreements:
• You would rent my apartment in Tallaght for €2,100 per month.
• I would separately rent your house from you at an agreed monthly rent.
I expect to live in the rural house for approximately two to five years. The other owner could potentially remain in my Dublin apartment for considerably longer, subject to the tenancy agreement and Irish law.
I am open to houses anywhere in Ireland, particularly in quiet towns, villages or rural locations.
