⚠️ We have a husky dog, and he will play in the backyard sometimes. If you have a fear or dislike of dogs, you may want to consider whether our studio is a suitable option for you.

No pets (studio is not suitable for animals)
Smoking is allowed only in the garden, and cigarette ends must be disposed of properly
Tenants must keep the studio clean and tidy
Strict recycling and waste separation required (three-bin system in the garden)
