Hi renting a room in Ferns. Shared house. Outside the village of Ferns ( Co. Weford)
Room is coming with it own bathroom. Kitchen and corridor is shared.
550 per month, bills included.(no extra payments) Single person only.
You need to have a car to live here, because nearest buss stop is 50 min 🚶‍♀️ from house.
To move in I ask first month pay with the deposit that is going towards as last month payment. And recommendation letter from previous place or if you are moving here work letter.
Contract is signed on the same day when you are moving in, with keys from house and room.
We are quite, that why we would love someone responsible, quit and nice person. We also have dog and cat.
Please don't ask if the room is available , becouse if it is still in Facebook it is.
