3 Beds 2 Baths House

Description

🍀🏡 €100 REWARD — HELP US FIND OUR FOREVER COTTAGE! 🏡🍀
NEAR THE GLENBEIGH FAIRY FOREST & SURROUNDING AREAS (Within 20–30 km)
Landlords, neighbours, Leprechauns & Fairies may apply! 😂🍀🧚‍♀️
We currently live in Killnabrack Upper, close to the beautiful Glenbeigh Fairy Forest, and are absolutely in love with this stunning part of Kerry. My adult son and I are looking for a long-term rental home (ideally 2+ bedrooms with some outdoor space).
While we would love to stay close to the magic here in Glenbeigh, we are very happy to expand our horizon to surrounding areas within 20–30 km (such as Killorglin, Caragh Lake, Glencar, Kells, Cahersiveen, or Beaufort/Killarney)!
We are quiet, clean, and highly responsible tenants with excellent local references. Our much-loved family of indoor cats would, of course, need to be genuinely welcome (we are happy to provide references for them too! 🐾).
Perhaps you know a landlord who hasn't advertised yet, a neighbour with an empty cottage, or someone thinking about renting out their property to the right people?
The Rewards:
💰 €100 REFERRAL REWARD if your introduction directly leads to us signing a legally binding long-term tenancy agreement.
🏡 €200 REFERRAL REWARD if your introduction results in a legally binding rent-to-buy or purchase-option agreement for a suitable home.
If you know of any hidden gems or upcoming properties in the Mid/South Kerry area, please send me a private message. ❤️
Leprechauns & Fairies especially welcome (and will be paid in real Euro, not pots of gold or fairy dust). 🍀🧚‍♀️😂
(Note: Referral reward is payable only after the relevant legally binding agreement has been signed by all parties.)
