I am assigning my portion of the lease to a new tenant - you will replace me on the lease contract with a move in date of 13 July. You will be moving into the ensuite room and sharing the apartment with one other working professional.
Rent: €1,425 plus bills (electricity and wi-fi shared equally); deposit €1,425. Bins and one parking spot is included within the rent. Pets are not allowed, unfortunately.
